What to expect
We work in honest ranges, not guarantees. Discovery and assessment typically take 4–6 weeks depending on how many systems are involved. A focused implementation or version upgrade often runs a few months end to end, again depending on scope — number of modules, integrations, and how clean your existing data is. A full QuickBooks-to-ERP migration for a growing manufacturer usually runs five to seven months from decision to go-live. We’ll give you a scoped estimate before you commit, and we won’t pad the project with work you don’t need.
What it changes
We scope the target with you before we commit to it — categories of improvement, not guaranteed numbers:
- A shorter month-end close. Once operations and accounting share one system, the close stops being a multi-day reconciliation scramble; shops that were closing in a week or more usually get it down to a few days once the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and inventory reconcile automatically.
- Inventory you can act on. Counts move off spreadsheets and onto perpetual inventory driven by real transactions, so your planner schedules against a live number instead of a monthly estimate.
- One set of numbers. No re-keying between the shop floor and the books, and no two systems that never agree — which is where the drift, the manual work, and the audit risk came from in the first place.
