What to expect
We work in honest ranges, not guarantees. A focused first dashboard — one subject area, connected to live data — typically runs 2–5 weeks. A full warehouse with several integrated sources and a set of dashboards usually runs 6–14 weeks depending on how many systems are involved and how clean the data is. We scope a phase, deliver something useful, then decide the next step together.
